Director of International Operations and Intergovernmental Relations

Dan brings extensive experience incommodities, treasury, pension and investment management to our team. His career spans the government, public, and private sectors across Asia, Europe, and African markets.

He has held senior leadership roles in both public institutions and private companies and has advised senior government ministers in Asia and Africa across sectors such as energy, banking, and pension investment. Dan is actively involved in West Asia, South Africa, Pakistan, Libya, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, where he works with both private and state-owned mining conglomerates and their associated businesses.

He recently served as Investment Director for a royal family office based in Qatar, where he was instrumental in shaping their investment criteria.

Dan holds a Master of Commerce in International Business from the University of Sydney, where he was awarded a University Blue. He is an Olympic silver medalist in rowing and a Life Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
